How did we get here?

Our Road To Van Life

We are a married couple who have always prided ourselves on taking risks and seeking out spontaneous adventures. After growing up in Iowa and moving to Colorado together in 2017, we quickly fell in love with the mountains and spent as much time outside as possible hiking, camping, taking photos, and exploring all that Mother Nature has to offer. 

As we embraced a more minimalist approach to life and felt a pull in our hearts to experience nature more intentionally, we decided to take our biggest risk yet and put down a deposit on our first home on wheels.

In June of 2023, we will leave life as we know it and hit the open road with our dog, Willow, in our 4×4 Sprinter van. On our journey, we plan to follow Leave No Trace principles and advocate for a more diverse, inclusive outdoor community for all. We hope you’ll join us for the ride!
